Affirmative Action

Affirmative action has nothing to do with including nor excluding. It's not about discrimination. Affirmative action is about symmetry and asymmetry, equally and inequality, majority and minority. If there were no racism in the U.S., there would be no need for affirmative action. Unfortunately, most educated people agree that racism is a dangerous and divisive problem in the U.S. Those who say that there is no racism in the U.S., are either unconscious racist's, or they have a crazy definition of the word "racism." The clansmen and Nazis realize that there is a great deal of racism in the U.S. However, they think that all the racism and discrimination in the U.S. is only against White people.

According to Google, Whites are 52% nationwide and only 37% in California alone. By projection, it's probable that in one generation, Whites will be a minority in the U.S. Whites are already a minority in California. I have a White friend who works in a large government agency with many workers. He says that he is the only White person in the whole company. He says that everybody else is Black, Hispanic and one Armenian. There are many huge regions of California where there are so many Hispanics that the shopkeepers have to put out a sign that says: "English is spoken here." Once I tried to get a job as a driving teacher in Huntington Park, California. All of the teachers there were Cuban. I didn't see any Blacks or other races there; not even Black Cubans. At the interview, the director turned me down because he said that I spoke "broken" Spanish. At that time, I had recently graduated from UCLA, with a B.A. degree in Spanish. Cubans believe that they speak the best and most correct Spanish in the world. This is a normal human belief among all races. It's called ethnocentrism. I used to have this belief before I started college. But after many years in colleges, universities, living and working in many countries in western and eastern Europe, including Turkey, I came to the same belief as Rick Steves of P.B.S. That all countries are equal. There is no superior country; not even the country that Rick Steves lives in, i.e., the U.S.A. He says that the objective of his films is to teach the U.S.A. that there is no superior country. Blacks and Hispanics can be very clannish and nepotistic. Whites will be a minority in the U.S. Most businesses will be owned or operated by Blacks and Hispanics. Unfortunately, most Whites will be driven to welfare. They will be lumped up as a monolithic caste with the stereotype of being lazy. That they don't want to work. That they want something for nothing. That they think that society owes them something. UNLESS, Whites use the affirmative action laws to force all Black and Hispanic businesses or universities to hire or enroll White minorities. This will be the only way for White minorities to pull themselves up by their own bootstraps and get themselves out of welfare.

In 1978, Allen Bake sued the regents of U.C. Davis on the grounds that the university discriminated against him for being White. In 1978, U.C. Davis had an affirmative action program of having a quota of admitting 16 minority students in the U.C. School of Medicine. In spite of these 16 minority students, the School of Medicine still had hundreds of White students. So why did Allen Bakke sue the university for racial discrimination? Hundreds of White students and 16 minority students doesn't sound like discrimination to me unless he meant that the discrimination was against minority students. Either way, the Supreme Court ruled against the university, and Allen Bakke was admitted in 1978. This was the same year that I was admitted to UCLA. However, his g.p.a. was 3.6. My g.p.a. was 3.8.

In 2003, U.C. Davis vs. Allen Bakke was overturned by Grutter vs. Bollinger. The Supreme Court ruled that Barbara Grutter was not discriminated by the University of Michigan because of racial discrimination. The Supreme Court ruled that the University of Michigan has the right to admit students not just by test scores or a high g.p.a., but by a balance of racial diversity, that reflects its community.

Now, I have a few questions for all the Trumpers. When the next generation of White people become the minority in the 2040's and 2050's, and all the Ivy League universities become 95% Black and Hispanic, would it be acceptable for you if such universities were to turn down White students because the university has already filled its quota of 16 While students? Since high schools now have large majorities of Black and Hispanic students, the percentage of gifted or high achieving Blacks and Hispanics have trumped the percentage of gifted or high achieving White students. Should these White minority students be denied admission to universities because most White students don't have g.p.a.'s as high as the majority Black and Hispanic students?

I'm not talking about now. I'm taking about the 2040's and 2050's. I'm taking about White people who are now children in kindergarten. When most huge corporations become owned or managed by greedy, clannish, nepotistic Blacks and Hispanics, should White people use the affirmative action laws to get a foot in the door, or should they just acquiesce on welfare and ignominiously put up with pompous or smug Black and Hispanic big shots saying that White people are "lazy." That "they want something for nothing." That "they think that society owes them something." That "they have a propensity to commit crimes." Would that be acceptable to you Trumpers?

Black Lives Matter (Part 2)

Ever since 1865, Black people have been forced into ghettos in a way that reminds me of how Present Andrew Jackson (the guy on the $20 bill) forced Native Americans, i.e., "Indians,"  from their native homes in Virginia and Georgia, where they had lived since the ice age, to a reservation, i.e., "ghetto" in Oklahoma. Over 4,000 elderly and sick Native Americans were left to die in the ice and snow because they couldn't keep up with the young and healthy. Such was Andrew Jackson's "trail of tears."

It also reminds me of how Hitler forced Jews into ghettos such as Lodz and Warsaw. Blacks are forced into ghettos in other ways. Blacks who had enough money to buy a nice house in a nice neighborhood, could not buy there because all the nice houses had "restrictive covenants" that forbade the sale of real estate to Black people. Donald Trump used to refuse, or still refuses to sell or rent out apartments to Black people. Even his hotel doesn't allow Blacks.

Ghettos are like police departments. One bad apple can turn the whole barrel rotten. For example, if one "bad apple" presses his knee on the neck of a Black man, and he, the Black man dies, "good apples" will just stand around and do nothing. Thus, the whole barrel turns rotten. If there are no smart phones to film an old man being pushed to the ground and gets killed, the "good apples" will swear under oath that the old man tripped over something, fell down, and hit his head on the pavement. "He was 75 years old. He had a pre-existing condition." So even if 100 eye witnesses swear that the cop pushed him to the ground, the all White jury from Simi valley, will acquit the "bad apple." When the "good apples" see how easy it is to murder somebody and get away with it, the whole barrel turns rotten. 

This is how the "good apples" turn rotten in the ghetto. Ghettos are very dangerous places, especially for school boys. Since ghettos are rock bottom, this is where the homeless pitch their tents and live in large cardboard boxes. This is where the mentally ill and the paroled convicts end up. It is all too often that school boys get beat up by bullies or gangs. Therefore, "good apples" join gangs for protection. However, gang leaders are like bad cops. They are charismatic and can indoctrinate the gang just as Charles Manson indoctrinated his gang of girls. If the gang leader orders the gang to sell narcotics, the "good apples" will follow orders from the "bad apple" in the same way that good cops turn bad by following orders from the bad cops. Of course, there are other factors that course the ghettos to be so dangerous. But the common denominator is that such people are trapped or concentrated (as in "Konzentrationslager") in the same dangerous place without the 5th amendment right to liberty.

This is why so many Black and Hispanic people live in ghettos It's not because of their race. This is why most people in prison are Black and Hispanic. Unfortunately, many uneducated or poorly educated White people think that the reason why the majority of people in the ghettos and prisons are Black and Hispanic, is because of their race. This is the most common example of racism, bigotry, and White supremacy.

Black Lives Matter (Part 1)

Yes, White lives matter, of course. I've never heard of anybody who said that they don't. If you are White and fear that the chances of getting killed by the cops are the same as the chances of Blacks getting killed by cops, fear not. According to Google and other federal agencies, Blacks are 2.8 times more likely to be killed by cops than Whites. Whites still have a slight majority of 52% (Google) while Blacks are a minority at 32% (Google.) In spite of this, the odds of Blacks getting killed by cops are 2.8 times higher than Whites (Google.)

Trump doesn't agree. He says that the rate of Blacks getting killed by cops is the same as the Whites. Where does he get his statistics? Surely it's not from Google. He will say that Google is "fake news." Or he will say that Obama paid Google to lie and say that it's 2.8 times more than Whites. Don't let Trump fool you. He just wants to scare you so that you will vote for him. Trump is a demigod.  A demigod is a person who gets his power by scaring poorly educated people and making them believe that he, the demigod, knows everything and he is the only person in the world who can get them out of trouble. It's like the fable of Chicken Little. The wolf said, "Yes in deed, the sky really is falling. But if you hide in my mouth, you'll be safe and I will protect you.

Or, like Jimmy Jones who said, "The capitalist government is out to take your money, property and your children. But if you give me all your money and sign over all your property to me, I will take you to our Garden of Eden in Guiana. In the end, he said: "We are all guilty of murdering a U.S. congressman. So we will be executed in the electric chair. So, take the poison and follow me to heaven."

Or, like Joseph Stalin who told his people: "The U.S. has many nuclear weapons that can blow all of us up. They will invade us as they did at Arch Angel and Vladivostok in 1919. But follow me and I'll save you as I did when Hitler and his fascist armies came to invade us."

Or, like Adolf Hitler who said that the communists and the Jews are out to get you. Follow me and I will get rid of all the Jews and communists.

Or, like Joseph McCarthy who... Do you get the idea?

Don't be a Chicken Little.  Don't follow the wolf in sheep's clothing. Don't vote for the wolf. He will lead you to the abyss.

A Gift of Life

Dear Readers,

Thank you for reading our blog. It is now 9 years old. I am now in the U.S. because I am very sick with kidney disease and so I had to come to get very expensive dialysis to stay alive. This thing can kill me. I need a very generous person who will donate a kidney. I cannot pay you any money because in the U.S. it is a crime to buy or sell a body organ. Any type O blood type, male or female, any race under 50 years old. Must be able to travel to the UCLA Hospital in Westwood near Willshire Blvd., California.

The $5.7 Billion Toy

Everything depends on racism. Racism is a belief that some races  are better than others. Do you believe that the people on the other side of the southern border  are inferior? If these people were allowed in the U.S. would they make the U.S. a poor country? Look at the poorest countries of the world. Look at the African and South American countries. Are they of one race? or many races?

Look at the richest countries of the world. I have been to England, Germany, and France. They are very rich. In my opinion, they have more cool stuff than we do in the U.S. But I didn't see one race. I saw many races. The  U.S. is rich because of immigration. Without immigrants, there wouldn't be a Carnegie, a J. P. Morgan, a Rockefeller, nor a Henry Ford. U.S. wealth has always depended on immigrants who worked for less than minimum wage. I'm not talking about scientists, engineers,  or doctor's. I'm talking about unskilled labor. Unskilled labor has always been the bottom of the pyramid of the U.S. economy. Without the bottom of the pyramid, everything collapses.

For example, Henry Ford was very dependant on Poles. Italians, and other immigrants who couldn't speak English.  At the second level of the pyramid were the bilingual formen. Nobody needed to speak English because there was a Polish speaking forman,  an Italian speaking forman, etc.

The second example is about the unsung heroes who feed the biggots. There are biggots who always say, "I'm  not going to feed the whole world." When the biggots say "the whole world," they're taking about the farm workers who pick the oranges for the orange juice to feed the biggots. It's the immigrant farm workers that shovel out the pig poop to get the bacon and hot dogs to feed the biggots. It's the illegal immigrants who shovel out the bull poop to make the hamburgers to feed the biggots. The biggots always say, "I’m not going to feed the whole world," but it's "the whole world" who feeds the biggots.

It's all about  racism. More undocumented immigrants cross the U.S. borders from Canada than from Mexico. But nobody cares because Canadians are white. If Mexicans were white, and spoke English as well as the Canadians, nobody would care about the wall. If  Mexicans looked like Milanya Trump and even if they spoke English as badly as Milanya Trump, nobody would give a spit about the wall. It's all about racism. How much does it cost to be a racist? $5.7 billion. Do you want to help pay for a $5.7 billion toy?

Vampirism

Now I’m in Krakow, Poland. Today I visited the Krakow market underground museum. This museum is an archeological escavation of the many layers of trash and poop that have been building up over the original Krakow market square since the “new” city of Krakow was founded in the 11th century, i.e., the middle ages. Each layer is about 2’ deep. This is why the old church looks like they sunk it down in the ground.
Down below, the tour guide pointed out a skeleton with its mouth full of rocks. The guide explained that during the middle ages, Europeans were very afraid of vampires. Europeans believed that if you suspect that someone is a vampire, it would be safer to stuff his mouth with rocks upon his death or else he could come back alive and become a serial killer. Then the guide told me a story about vampires.
We always think of vampires of having dark hair and black eyes. That’s because all the Hollywood films and cartoons depict vampires as having dark hair and black eyes. True vampires were blond with blue eyes. When we think of “vampires”, we usually think about Count Vladimir Dracula, the emperor of Transylvania. But that’s only because a story teller wrote a book about Count Dracula, and the book became the origen of all the dozens of Dracula film. Nobody remembers the hundreds of other vampires that were much more famous in their day than Vladimir Dracula. Dracula is like Oscar Schindler. Here in Krakow, there were many German factory owners who risked death to hide thousands of Jews during the war. Such German or Austrians saved thousands more Jews than Oscar Schindler. But nobody remembers them because Steven Spielberg never made a film about them.

What is Vampirism?

Vampirism is not a curse or voodoo or witchcraft. Vampirism is a sad genetic illness caused by incest or genetic inbreeding. Vampirism was most common during the middle ages because there were no presidents and monarchs were not allowed to marry anybody who was not a member of the royal families.

Why Not?

Ever since the end of the ice age, Europeans have had a myth that “white is beautiful.” That blond blue-eyed people are “super human,” “the master race,” “Herren Volk.” They had the mistaken belief that originally, all Europeans were blue-eyed blonds and that now many Europeans are brown haired with dark eyes only because of foreign invaders such as the Mongols, Muslims, Jews, and other “savages.” Today scientists know that all this Nazi propaganda is just George Bush-it. D.N.A. has proven that all Europeans were all black folk from Africa that turned white during the ice age.
This is why kings and queens insisted that their sons and daughters must marry the blondest, whitest members of the royal families. The whiter, the better; with the bluest eyes.
So after thousands of years of inbreeding, all the royal families of Europe were all cousins, brothers and sisters to each other. It didn’t matter if the princess of Constantinople (Istanbul, Turkey) married the duke of Norway. They were all cousins of the same family and the same race. The results of such inbreeding was a very white degenerate child of royal birth: the vampire.

What Are the Symptoms?

Fatigue; difficulty walking and climbing stairs; in severe cases, inputance. The gums recede away from the teeth causing the teeth to look longer than normal. The upper and lower lips also recede with the gums, thus making it difficult for the sufferer to close his lips. These people were rich aristocrats, so it was the fashion for such an aristocrat to wear a long black cape. The cape along with the snarreling teeth made the vampire look like a bat. Another symptom was an allergy to garlic. Vampires were garlic intolerant. If a vampire was accidently fed with to much geralic, it could kill him or keep him sick in his coffin for days.

Why Did They Sleep in a Coffin?

When I was a teacher in California, I was told to be very careful with albino children. Albino kids are very sensitive to sunlight. They told me that I must never let albino kids play in the sunshine. They must play under a shady tree or some shady area. Always make sure that they wear their sunglasses. Kids with ice blue eyes are very sensitive to sunlight.
Vampires were the product of the so-called “master race.” They were intentionally bred to be as white as possible. White skin is not resistant to sunlight. So even a little sunshine would cause a vampire a nasty sunburn with pain that lasted for several days. Sunlight is also very painful for ice blue eyes. This is why vampires were day sleepers. They had to do all their business at night. Coffins are the only kind of sleep furniture that can offer complete darkness for a day sleeper.

Why Did They Like to Drink Blood?

They didn't. Vampires drank human blood every day; lots of it. But they didn't like it. They drank it only as a horrible freaken medication in the same way that the horrible freaken doctors in the U.S. forced me to take the horrible freaken heldol, antivan, rispirdon and zyprexa for 10 freaken horrible years of freaken drug torture.
U.S. doctors are the most stupid special-ed remedial underachieving idiots in the world. I could get better medical treatment from a witch doctor in Papua New Guinea than from a U.S. doctor. However, the doctors in the middle ages were even worse than U.S. doctors. Doctors in the middle ages believed that illness were caused by for 4 pathogens: 1. Miasmas (bad air.) 2. An imbalance of the humours. 3. Demons. and 4. Infected Jews.
The “humors,” they believed, were body fluids such as blood, phlegm, sweat, tears, urine, vile, etc. They believed that diseases happen when you have too much of one humor and/or not enough of another humor. For example, when President Washington came down with a case of strep throat, (a viral infection) the doctors thought that Washington was suffering from “high blood pressure.” So they attached lots of leeches to his skin to bleed out the excessive “humor.” Washington died of shock, i.e., he bled to death. The strep throat didn't kill him. The quack doctor killed Washington. There was no way of measuring blood pressure. Doctors just guessed at the causes of any illness.
In the case of vampirism, doctors believed that it was caused by low blood pressure. Therefore, the only treatment for vampirism was drinking lots of human blood every night. So every night, the vampires were out at night looking for people who would sell him their blood. These vampires were rich aristocrats who had plenty of money to make poor people sell their blood; especially their prostitutes.

How Could Vampires Turn into Bats?

They didn't and couldn't. During the middle ages there were serial killers as there are today. These serial killers look like Jeofrey Dawmer, Gary Ridgeway, Arther Shawcroft, Kenneth Bianche, etc., i.e. normal. They were church going family man with children. You could never suspect them. Dennis Raider of Witchitah, Kansas, e.g., was a decon of his church; cubscout leader, and family man with children. These serial killers of the middle ages didn't look like vampires. They didn't have long snarling teeth. They didn't sleep in a coffin. And they didn't need to drink human blood every night. Serial killers today are caught because of D.N.A. fingerprints, helicopters, video security cameras, etc. But cops in the middle ages didn't have any of that. Suspects of the middle ages were chosen by how they looked. Does the suspect look like a vampire or not? Dennis Raider could have killed half of the population of Krakow of the middle ages and nobody would suspect him.
Once the cops had found a suspect, the next step was to force out the confession. As the tour guide explained the “legal” definition of “torture.” i.e., what the pope or king considered to be an interrogation method that didn't fit the legal definition of “torture,” (hee hee hee) the tour guide stopped and said, “I see that you are smiling. You’re smiling because you think that these were stupid methods of torture.”
“No,” I said. “I'm smiling because if the cops are discussing which method fits the legal definition of “torture,” then they have no evidence and they’re trying to get a false confession from an innocent person because he looks guilty or looks nervous. I'm smiling because this is how crimes in the United States are solved.” in most cases, the cops don't have any evidence. They just arrest the nearest black or hispanic person that they find and force him to make a false confession.
This is why I live in the Ukraine. This is why I'm now living in Poland. This is why I go live in Moldavia when I exceed my 6 months right to live in the Ukraine. I've been arrested and forced to sign a false confession that I'm an illegal alien from Sweden. The confession said that I could not speak English. But the confession I signed was in English because they couldn't find anybody who could write in Swedish. In 1989 I was strapped to a bed for 7 nights at LAC/USC Medical because I refused to sign a false confession to a murder of a teenage girl.
After the vampire had made his traditional false confession, the next step was to punish him. The usual punishments were execution, floggings, the stocks, or the dungeon. However, vampires were aristocrats or members of the nobility. So, vampires were sent to the tower; usually the tallest tower of the castle or the city gates. However, even though the vampire was always up there in the highest tower, the fresh dead bodies of young girls kept turning up all over the city. How did he do it? How could he kill all those girls and stay up there in that tower with an army of soldiers stationed all below him? The cops never once thought, “Hey, wait a minute. Maybe we got the wrong guy.” “Hey, if the girls keep getting killed, then maybe he didn't kill any of those girls he confessed to killing.” No, cops don't think like that. For a cop, the best evidence is a confession. For the cops, it was obvious that the vampire did it. But how? It was very simple. He turned himself into a bat, flew down the tower, turned himself back into a man, killed the girls, flew back into the tower and turned himself back into a man. It's the perfect aliby. “I couldn't have done it because I can't get out of this tower.” If the cops say that the vampire turned himself into a bat, then the king believes it. If the king believes it, then the pope believes it. If the pope believes it, then you better believe it or you’re a heretic and you’re going to hell.

Ol’ Stonewall

Artwork or statues of Thomas Jackson are okay in a museum or Deviant Art. But not at a public park or university common area. Here in Kiev, Ukraine, there are no more statues of Vladimir Lenin or Joseph Stalin. The last statue of Vladimir Lenin was destroyed in 2014 during the Euro-Maidan Revolution. Stalin and Lenin are okay in a museum. But not at a public park or at the back parking lot of a supermarket (where I saw the last statue of Vladimir Lenin.) statues of Thomas Jackson, Robert E. Lee, or Jefferson Davis are art if they are in a museum or art gallery. But if such statues are in a public place, they can be a clear and present danger. Such statues can be called “freedom of speech.” But freedom of speech is not absolute. These statues make their political statement for decades or centuries; generation after generation. No protester is ever allowed to make a statement that lasts a year.
Statues of Washington and Jefferson, although slave owners, are not yet a clear and present danger. It is not really clear that Washington or Jefferson present a danger to the public right now. So far, nobody has yet been killed over a statue of Washington or Jefferson. Maybe in 2095 the Nazis will start killing people over the removal of Washington or Jefferson statues, but as of now, Washington and Jefferson do not present, a clear and present danger. 
When Jefferson wrote “all men are created equal,” I don’t think that he was talking about women, black men, native Americans (Indians), Jews, Mexicans, orientals, Muslims, etc. He was talking about white men. But at least he never said so. But neither Washington nor Jefferson ever killed anybody directly or indirectly to keep black folks in slavery. It is clear and obvious that fascists like Tom Jackson, Bobby Lee, and Jeff Davis did.

Dr. Deborah Miora

After both judges refused to allow the eyewitnesses to testify, Pedro Castillo said that he found an expert witness who will convince the judges to allow all the eyewitnesses to testify about how I never passed out any leaflets on federal property. He set up an appointment with Dr. Miora so that I could explain that I had many eyewitnesses hiding among the crowds at the time of each arrest. I faithfully believed everything and innocently fell into the trap.

At the interview, I was bewildered because Dr. Miora didn't want to hear about the eyewitnesses. Dr. Miora would interrupt me whenever I said anything about the eyewitnesses. She wanted to hear only about the problems I had working as a teacher. I tried to tell her about the many students who learned to speak English after only one year of lessons. I tried to tell her about the many awards that I had received as a teacher. I even tried to tell her about how I received the “teacher of the year award.” But Dr. Miora kept interrupting and insisted that she only wanted to hear about the worst problem students in the Watts ghetto.

6 years after I got out of prison, I was finally given the evaluation written by Dr. Miora 8 years earlier. I was surprised to read that she wrote that there were no eyewitnesses at the time of the arrests and that I needed to be “deterred from further illegal activities.”

I then called Dr. Miora. She responded with great shock to hear that I had read this evaluation. “OH MY GOD! MR. SANCHEZ! How did you know that?!?! OH MY GOD! Did you read this evaluation??!!” she said.

“Of course,” I answered.

“OH MY GOD!” she said. “How did you get that evaluation?!!”

“From Pedro Castillo,” I said. “Did you write this evaluation as secret testimony against me?”

“OH MY GOD! MR. SANCHEZ!” she said. “Mr. Castillo guaranteed me that the defendant would never read this evaluation!!! I have written hundreds of these evaluations and the defendants never read them. Why are they reading my evaluations now?! I wrote these evaluations for the judges, not for the defendants!”

Then I said, “It is a crime to send secret testimony to any judge in a criminal case. It is a violation of the 6th Amendment. The law requires that the defendant confronts his accusers and any accusations against him. Secret testimony or secret witnesses are totally illegal.

“OH MY GOD! MR. SANCHEZ!!!” she said, “I'm not a real doctor. I am a counselor. I said that I'm a doctor because the court would not hire me unless I say that I'm a doctor.”
