The Halfway House

Judge Stephen Hillman refused to allow me the right to a jury trial on the grounds that I was not facing any prison time. After I had served 60 days at a normal prison (Metropolitan Detention Center) for Judge Margarette Nagle, Judge Hillman sentenced me to an additional 30 days at M.D.C. Judge Nagle had also refused to allow me a jury trial on the grounds that I was not facing any prison time. Metropolitan Detention Center is a normal prison used to hold bank robbers and murderers. Buford O. Furrow, the Nazi murderer of many Jewish children, was brought here to M.D.C. while I was serving my prison time for distribution of political literature. Buford Furrow was also arraigned by Judge Stephen Hillman in 1999. It is located behind the Federal Building on Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles. The prison is a tall building that can be seen from Olvera Street and the train station (Union Station.) Judge Hillman also sentenced me to a year at GATEWAYS CORRECTION CENTER. I served 11 months there. After I had served one year 2 months and 3 days of prison time, Judges Hillman and Nagle, indirectly, through unofficial representatives, claimed that I never served any prison time at all and that I was never convicted of any crime. Different representatives claim different amounts of my “time in custody.” Generally, the judges indirectly claim that I served only a few days at a “HALFWAY HOUSE.” They refuse to say the many of this “HALFWAY HOUSE.”  A woman named “Socorro” the secretary of Dean Gits, Assistant Public Defender, says that GATEWAYS is not a prison. “It’s a halfway house.” She says that I have never served any prison time at all. The judges put me in a halfway house to help me. She says that I was homeless and the judges just wanted me to have a safe place to live.
The judges have refused to comment directly about my case. Probation Officer Aaron Vareen says that they have also ordered the destruction of all my records at Metropolitan Detention Center and Gateways. Probation Officer Christine Aranda says that the judges still have my records form M.D.C. and Gateways but have ordered them “sealed.” It’s now forbidden to open them or copy them. This sounds like the Watergates tapes, doesn’t it?
