Me Ratton. You Miora

When I talked to Dr. Miora in 2010, she didn’t know who I was even though I had left dozens of messages on her answering machine telling her my name and why I wrote a book about the results of the secret evaluation she wrote about me. I was just a name. The pack of lies she wrote about me was just one in hundreds of such fake evidence that she had cooked up to frame up hundreds of political critics. She had lost track of all the fake evidence that she had been cooking up for the last 20 years.
“Mr. Sanchez,” she asked, “how do you know that I wrote all that about you? How do you know so much about me? I don’t know who you are and I’ve never seen you before. That’s so freaky. You’re really freaking me out, man.”
“I’ve read the 10 page evaluation you wrote about me in 1998.” I answered.
1998??!!!” she shouted. “Oh my God, Mr. Sanchez! that was 12 years ago. Oh, my God! how did you get a copy of this evaluation?”
“From Pedro Castillo,” I explained. “You wrote in the evaluation that Mr. Castillo hired you to write it, didn’t he?”
“OH MY GOD!!! MR. SANCHEZ!!! Why did he gave you a copy of that evaluation? My GOD! I… I… never imagined that he would give you a copy. I have written hundreds of such evaluations and the public defenders NEVER! EVER give a copy to their clients.”
“What???” I asked. “Did you write this fake evidence as a secret document to be used against me behind my back? That’s illegal, Dr. Miora. The Six Amendment of the Constitution forbids the use of secret witnesses behind my back. I have a Constitutional right to confront all witnesses against me in court. You were not there at my trial. I didn’t know that you had written 10 pages of lies against me until 6 years after they let me out of prison. Your evaluation has turned my case into a kidnapping case. You’ve participated in a felony political kidnapping. This is how they used to put away political critics in the U.S.S.R. before 1990.”
“But Mr. Sanchez, I’ve written hundreds of these evaluations. Nobody reads them. Why did they read this evaluation if they never read any of the hundreds of the other evaluations? Why didn’t they tell me that somebody was going to read it?”
“Dr. Miora, you were paid to write this evaluation. You didn’t do it for free, did you? You bill yourself as a ‘doctor’? You didn’t get the salary of a cleaning woman at a public toilet, did you? Why did they pay you all that money for nothing? Why would they pay so much money for something that they’ll never use?”
“But, Mr. Sanchez,” she explained. “I’m not a real doctor. I’m a counselor. My job is to solve problems. I wrote the evaluation because I wanted to help you. I just wanted them to put you in a nice halfway house. I wrote the evaluation to keep you out of a real prison. I never expected that you would spend so much time in prison. I didn’t expect you to be driven into exile for so many years. I never expected this thing to separate you from your family for so many years.”
“If you hadn’t written this evaluation,” I explained, “they wouldn’t have had a legal loophole to keep me in prison because I didn’t get a jury trial. It is a serious crime to put people in prison without a jury trial. It’s a first degree kidnapping. But in your evaluation, you said that GATEWAYS is not a real prison (“NOT INCARCERATION”.) Your evaluation was a game of semantics so that they could use GATEWAYS as a secret prison. You wrote the evidence to falsely prove that GATEWAYS is not a real prison. Your evaluation was used to make the Constitution as meaningless as second hand toilet paper. If you are smart enough to make the U.S. Constitution meaningless, then you are smart enough to know that you cooked up the fake evidence that resulted in a political kidnapping.”
“But, Mr. Sanchez,” she explained. “I’m not a real doctor. I just wrote my opinions I had at that time. I interviewed you for only 45 minutes. That wasn’t enough time to ask you why they wanted to keep you in a federal prison.”
“But, Dr. Miora,” I explained, “You billed yourself as a big time high and mighty Beverly Hills expert doctor. Your office is in Beverly Hills. I’ve read your 2 page résumé with a long list of universities and colleges that you’ve graduated from. Was all that a list of lies? You’ve worked in all those hospitals and clinics. You’ve been hired by all those school districts to advise all kinds of administrative staffs on how to deal with those so-called “troubled teens.” I know that your evaluation is all a pack of lies, but are you now telling me that even your résumé was also another freaken pile of B.S.? Why didn’t you say so on the freaken evaluation that cost me over a year of prison time? Why didn’t you write that the résumé is just B.S. and that you are not a real doctor? I had many eyewitnesses who were hiding among the crowds every time that I was arrested. But the judges ruled that all these eyewitnesses were all irrelevant because the officers didn’t know that they were hiding behind the crowds. You were not there at all. You didn’t even attend one of my trials but the judges ruled that your 10 page pack of lies were relevant because you are the big time fancy pants Beverly Hills expert witness. The law says that witnesses who didn’t see anything are irrelevant unless they have a long résumé of many universities that they graduated from. But now you’re telling me that the résumé is another lie, another con and that you’re not a real doctor. You’re just another con artist and liar like Pedro Castillo. In the U.S. all con artists are relevant but honest people like me must ne drugged at a horrible prison like GATEWAYS.”
“But, Mr. Sanchez,” she pleaded. “This evaluation was based on a 45 minute interview. How was I expected to find out that they wanted to put you in prison for what you wrote on those leaflets? Somebody said that you were arrested for distribution of material on federal property. I didn’t understand what that means. I was not there at your trial. I thought that you were passing out guns to bank robbers or selling drugs to kids on the streets. I didn’t know that they wanted to put you in prison for political reasons. I didn’t know that they wanted to use this evaluation as a loophole to the Constitution.”
“Yes, Dr. Miora,” I said, “the interview was for only 45 minutes. But this is not the story your hommie Barbara Counter wrote to the judges. I have a copy of the letter your hommie Dr. Barbara Counter wrote to the judges behind my back. It’s another pack of lies like always. She wrote to the judges that your interview lasted for 2 hours and that she agrees with everything you wrote on that evaluation. Dr. Counter was not there at that interview. She was not there at any of my trails. She was not there at any of the 10 arrests. And, as a matter of fact, to this day I have never seen her face and she’s never seen me in all her life. The only reason I know that she is a real person, is because I received a copy of the secret letter she sent to the judges in 1998 but I never received it until 6 years after I got out of prison. Both judges ruled that her letter was relevant even though she has never seen me in all my life because she has a long list of universities that she graduated from. But after talking to you, I’m starting to think that it’s all another con job. That’s U.S. justice.
