Judge Stephen J. Hillman
If you are a murderer who has murdered an enemy of Judge Stephen Hillman (e.g. murdering a drug dealer,) the judge will dig down the barrel to find any petty loophole to get you out of prison. If, however, you are a political critic wrongly and illegally accused of distributing political literature on “federal property,” the judge will dig deep down the barrel to find any loophole to keep you in prison as long as possible without any constitutional rights. His favorite scam to bypass the Constitution is to rule that you are “insane.” He type casts you as a “nut case” so that he can rule all your eyewitnesses as “irrelevant” by saying that you are unaware that all those witnesses watching you get arrested where not really there. They were just “fantasy witnesses who never existed.” Then he will refuse to allow you to have a jury trial by keeping you at GATEWAYS Community Correction Center. Judge Hillman claims that GATEWAYS is not a real prison so that GATEWAYS is a loophole to the 6th Amendment right to a jury trial. This is how Judge Hillman gets away with keeping you in prison for a year without listening to any of your eyewitnesses.
Oh, yes, Judge Stephen Hillman; “The Hussein of da Railroading Train,” “The Fidel of the Steel Bar Hotel,” “The Ho Chi Min of the Suicide Machine,” “Da Osama of Sending Ya to Da Slamma,” “der Führer of die Frameup Terror,” “the Stalin of the Patty Wagon haullin.”

6-year Girl Arrested
6-YEAR OLD GIRL ARRESTED
BY SAN JACINTO P.D. FOR
SITTING UNDER SHADE
OF TREE IN 120° F DAY
My niece wanted to eat a
burger at the jack-in-the-box. I live in the Ukraine
and you can’t drive a car
from eastern Europe to California .
When I try to visit my family in California ,
I arrive without a car. There are no buses in San Jacinto .
I have walked for hours looking for a bus stop and I’ve asked many people.
THERE ARE NO BUSES!!! Everybody drives expensive new cars or fancy R.V. trucks.
They have never seen a man walking on a sidewalk (pavement) with a little girl.
Such a sight in some parts of California , is as unusual as an alien “star
ship” from “Klingon” landing in the middle of a hill-billy village.
It was 120°F . Irina wanted to rest
under the shade of a tree. I was thinking about the infamous “loitering” laws
that have infected the U.S.
“NO” I firmly insisted, “the Jack-in-the-Box is not far away. They have air
conditioning. You can rest there.”
Then she looked at me with
those sad glossy lost-puppy-dog eyes and pleaded, "Pleeease, uncle, I’m getting dizzy"
Oh-oh, I was thinking about
all those French people who died in the heat wave of 2007. "Okay! Okay! okay! sit down
under this tree,” I said as I took a bottle of water from my backpack .
The U.S is the only
country in the world that has loitering laws. The U.S. loitering laws were made by
white people who were terrified of black people. Whenever a black man would
stand in front of the home of a white family to wait for a bus, meet a friend,
a date, or a taxi, the white family would tremble, pee in their pants in
uncontrollable panic. The enforcement of U.S loitering laws are 100% contingent
to the whims or caprices of the police.
In all my life, I have never seen nor heard of a white main getting
arrested for loitering, PERIOD.
A black man getting
arrested for loitering is as normal as a sunny day in California .
After the short shade
break, Irina said she was feeling better. So we got up and continued to walk
towards the Jack-in-the-Box. Ten minutes later, a police car stopped suddenly
beside us and the cops ran out. They told me to stop. Then a police-woman ran
towards Irina; grabbed her; and took her into a police car. Then the male cop
grabbed me by my arms and handcuffed me. Much later, Irina told me that the
policewoman had handcuffed her in the police car and the cuffs were very tight
and painful. The male cop made me sit on the sidewalk and began to ask me
questions. I knew that they wanted me to
make another false confession but I didn’t know what lie they wanted me to
tell. I suspected that they wanted me to
confess to kidnapping Irina. But that was not the true reason why they arrested
me.
Much later, Irina’s mom told me what
happened. There was a neighbor who saw us sitting under the willow tree during
the shade break. He (or she) had called the police and asked them to arrest us
for loitering under the tree. But I didn’t know the true reason for the arrest.
I didn’t know that they wanted me to testify against her by saying that I saw
her loitering in front of walled community. I didn’t know that they wanted me
to confess to conspiracy to loitering under a willow tree. Two more police cars
arrived and so there were a total of 4 police officers. Two cops held me in one
police car and the other 2 cops held Irina hand-cuffed in the other police car.
They held us in custody for at least an hour. The law gives me the right to
refuse to testify against Irina or against myself. This is why I refused to
answer their questions. Irina is just 6 years old. Why should they force me to
testify against her? An hour later Irena’s mom arrived by car. Perhaps it’s because Astrid is blond with blue eyes. Either way she
convinced them (or threatened them) to drop the charges against us. As Irina
walked to Astrid’s car, Irina
was crying loudly. Her face was wet with tears. Her eyes were red from crying
for an hour in a police car without airconditioning. Her eyes were bulging out
so much that it looked as if they would explode. As she cried, the 4 cops were
laughing so loudly that it was more of a loud roar than a laugh.
Okay, okay, I know that
it’s normal in the U.S to get arrested just for walking on a public sidewalk. I
have been arrested for standing in front of the Temecula Court house waiting for it to
open early in the morning. That’s normal, of course. I’ve been arrested for
distributing political literature on Los
Angeles Street . Okay, okay that’s normal in the U.S. .
Nobody cares about that. But now they’re arresting 6-years-old kids. IS THAT NORMAL ? Now that they’ve started to arrest
little kids for loitering under a tree, what will they do next? Who will get
arrested next? I have tried to explain to Irina what “loitering” means. But she
still doesn’t understand. She doesn’t understand why people don’t want her to
sit under the shade of a willow tree. She said “But, uncle, Pokahantas didn’t
get in trouble for sitting under Grandmother Willow. Didn’t Pokahantas live in
the U.S? Wasn’t she American? Uncle, in the Ukraine where you live, do they
arrest kids for sitting under a tree?”
When she sat under the
tree, she was not in front of somebody’s home. She was sitting in front of the Parkside Village
which has a 6’ high wall all around it. So no one from
this walled community could have seen her under the willow tree with such low
hanging branches. So who called the cops? It must have been somebody across Sanderson Street
who lives in that weed infested hillbilly cabin. “Fear” is the greatest danger
to national security. “Fear” is the illness that killed Travon Martin. It was
F.D.R who said, “We have nothing to fear but fear itself.”
Will the U.S be “the home
of the cowards? “or” “the home of the brave?”
Da Wong Dakta Wong
Dr. Wong is one of the psychiatrists who held me
in custody against my will at Del Amo Mental Hospital. He always wore a
stethoscope around his neck and always tried very hard to con me into believing
that he is a normal doctor. Every time that he talked to me, he would put the
stethoscope on my chest, ask me to breathe in deeply, hold it, breathe out,
check my pulse, and would stick a tongue depressor in my mouth to look deep
into my throat. I wasn’t sick. I didn’t want a check up. But he wanted very
hard to prove to me that he was not the most stupid quack in the whole world.
(It doesn’t take the most stupid quack to kill a healthy person.) (Any average
quack can do that.) I didn’t want a check up. I just wanted to visit my friends
and family. I hadn’t seen my family for the last 2 years. I had come to the U.S.
to visit my family, not for a check up from Dr. Quack.
After the fake check up, Dr. Wong said that I
would be getting out of Del Amo “today,” “You’re either going home or a partial.
Either way, you’re getting out today,” he said.
I thanked him out of courtesy, but I never trust
a U.S.
psychiatrist farther than I can throw a pregnant elephant. I knew he was just
another freaken liar like all the others. Two hours later, a woman said that
she is my “public defender,” and that she would be representing me at my
“trial” to decide whether I would be held in custody for 14 more days or
released today.
The courtroom was a small office like in this
cartoon. A WASP woman was sitting behind the desk, and Dr. Wong was sitting on
the right of the desk. The so-called “public defender” was on the left of the
desk. Then Dr. Wong began to tell the so-called “judge,” “I would like to keep
Mr. Sanchez here at Del Amo for a 14 day hold. Mr. Sanchez is totally unaware
of the seriousness of his illness. He thinks that his $8.00
is enough money to find a place to live in and pay for all living
expenses for several months. If we were to release him into the community, he
would not have the mental skills to find a place to live. He would end up
sleeping on the streets and would not be able to get the medication and
treatment that he need to recover from his illness.
I had already served 7 days by then. I served a
total of 18 days at Del Amo plus 3 more days at Little Company of Mary Bridges
in San Pedro. It was then a total of 21 days. I tried to present a lot of
evidence to prove to that “judge” woman that I had thousands of dollars in the
bank. But she just looked at me with a big smile as if I was just a cute little
Mexican with a big “ranchero” hat over my face taking a “siesta” propped up
against a seguaro cactus.
I spent a few days with my family and then I had to
come back here to Kiev
to go back to work. And that’s what I did for my summer vacation of 2010.
Science Method
Ronald Coose said: “If you torture the data long enough, it will confess.”
You could be a scientific as you want, you can use a hundred expert scientists to “prove something” but it doesn’t mean it’s true.
Anger Management
It is not a crime to distribute political literature on a public
sidewalk. It is not a crime to refuse to answer questions from the police or
U.S. Customs. It is not a crime to refuse to fill out a U.S. customs
form. It is not a crime to criticize the U.S. government. However, I’ve been
arrested 23 or 24 times for doing such things. Since Uncle Sam can’t keep me in
a normal prison for doing such things, he keeps me in mental hospitals. Using a
mental hospital to punish such political prisoners is not a new idea. Josef
Stalin used to do the same thing. The Pavlovskaya
Mental Hospital here in Kiev is such a hospital.
Such hospitals had “re-indoctrination” programs to brainwash these so-called
“patients” into “getting with the program” of communism. Today, mental hospitals
such as Del Amo, have the so-called “ANGER MANAGEMENT THERAPY,” which serves as
an American counterpart to the Soviet re-indoctrination program. At this “ANGER
MANAGEMENT THERAPY,” the doctors don’t try to turn me into a communist.
However, they do try to convince me that the L.A.P.D. are very sweet and
lovable angels form heaven who dedicate all their lives to help me in any way
they can. However, since I have received a few beatings and torture from the
L.A.P.D., the doctors are wasting their time on me. They will have better
success in convincing George W. Bush to become a hardcore communist.
I have
learned my lessons from Jesus, Gandhi, Dr. M.L.K., John Lennon, and Gorbachov.
Uncle Sam has learned his lessons from Josef Stalin.
Lawful means to express concerns
In a secret letter
written to Judge Margaret Nagle, Probation Officer Karenina Legg wrote:
It is hoped a brief period of confinement
will cause the defendant to reconsider his plan to disregard federal
regulations and to choose lawful means by which to express his political
concerns.
|
Karenina
Legg was not there when I was arrested for distributing political literature on
a public sidewalk. She was not even present at my trial. She says that I had a
“plan to disregard federal regulations” because she heard this from Pedro
Castillo who says that the officers said that I had said. I did not know that
Officer Legg had written this letter until 6 years after my release from
prison. Pedro Castillo was paid to prove to the judges that I had no such plans
to disregard any federal regulations. In court, Mr. Castillo put on a big Hollywood show about how I had no intentions to disregard
any laws, or regulations. But secretly, he took a document (see pages E12 and
E13 of The Mother of All Evidence)
that I had given to him to prove that I had no intentions to disregard any
regulations and secretly gave it to Karenina Legg. He told her to use it to
prove to the judges that I was going to do a serious crime unless the judges
put me in prison for as long as possible. If you read this document, you will
see that on the first page on the very first line it reads: GOAL: to get Carl
Sanchez arrested WITHOUT DOING ANY
CRIME. The 6th Amendment guarantees that I have a right to
confront all witnesses against me. But how could I confront Karenina Legg when
she was not there at my trial and I didn’t know that she had written such a
letter against me until 6 years after I got out of prison? And how can I
confront all witnesses against me if nobody told me that Pedro Castillo, my
“lawyer,” was one of these secret witnesses against me? When I asked Mr.
Castillo to write a letter about why my eyewitnesses were forbidden to testify
about the truth, Mr. Castillo said, “I’m not going to write such a letter
because I didn’t want your eyewitnesses to tell the truth. I didn’t want you to
distribute any literature and I wanted you to go to prison.”
Karenina
Legg says that if I spend a “period of confinement” (i.e., prison) I will
“choose lawful means by which to express my political concerns.” Okay, what
“lawful means” is she talking about? Does she mean suing Pedro Castillo or
suing the judges? Supposing that I had a ton of money to sue Judge Hillman and
pay my witnesses for all those days of missing work to show up to all the
hearings, motions, depositions, stipulations, demurrers, status hearings, etc.,
etc., that it takes in any normal civil case, what guarantee do I have that the
next judge won’t rule again that all my eyewitnesses are all irrelevant? So if
Judge Verdugo or Hugo or Dego rules that all my eyewitnesses are all
irrelevant, then what? Do I sue Judge Verdugo? Then what do I do if Judge Tanner
rules that my eyewitnesses are irrelevant? Do I sue Judge Tanner? How many judges
do I have to sue until I find a judge who wants to hear the truth? What does
Karenina Legg mean by “lawful means?” Two judges refused to listen to my
eyewitnesses: Hillman and Nagle. At Del Amo Behavioral Health Canter, the judge
refused to look at the evidence that would prove that I had more than $8 to my
name. At El Centro , Judge Jack Staton refused to
let me subpoena my passport from the State Department to prove that I am a U.S. citizen.
What does Karenina Legg mean by “lawful means?”
